I think you're exploring your feelings. Look for your local GLBT community ctr and get involved joining social activities. The internet will help find local lesbian connections. Also because of your age it would be good to join your college campus diversity club and attend social meets & dances. Meet someone that you feel a connection to and take it from there. Good luck.
