Old hub does not spin freely anymore, how do i take the bearings out so i can put more grease in?

Long story short i need a new hub for my mtb. The hub in question is about 5 years old, and hasn't been used in about 3 years. Its a Hope Hub and cost me around the �100 mark, and i can't afford to replace my hub so its time to get the old Hope hub out.
