What are the best full suspension mountain bikes you can buy for under $1000?

what are the best quality full suspension mtb's that you can buy under 1000 dollars in terms of components, weight, and shocks. I know that you cant buy that good of a full suspension for under a grand but thats all my budget is for it. I'm looking for either a downhill or cross country bike.
