What are the themes in Oscar Wilde's "The picture of Dorian Gray"?

Wel the themes at the start are different to those at the end, partly because the character of Dorian changes so much. At the start there is a theme of innocence Dorian falls in love with Sybill, but then the painting changes him, makes him bitter and twisted, so the theme of trues romance although apparent at the start is exstinguished. Beauty and the passion for beauty is one of the most central themes, its there throughout and it leads to other things, Dorians need for beauty leed him down the path of destruction and actually in the end destroys his life.
