Whats your highest ever speed on a bicycle?

I did 49mph on my Claud Butler touring bike with rear panniers on! going down a steep hill near East Fortune in Scotland. I've always wanted to hit that elusive 50 but i've still never managed. On average i do about 15/16mph (always road)
