Swapping disc brakes rotors on my mtb?

The brakes i'm using are Tektro Auriga comp and I'm wanting to swap my 180mm tektro discs for 203mm Hope saw discs. I'm wondering if by doing this would it create any problems or would it work fine? I've already got the 203mm adapter..
