Can Guys Ever Be As Important As Girls?

I feel like female sexuality is the only one that matters. Like a hot guy can never be as important as a hot girl comparatively. Like Tom Cruise or whoever those twilight guys are can never be as big of a sex symbol as Jessica Alba or Olivia Wilde. Just look at the Mr. Universe and Mrs. Universe ratings, no one cares who Mr. Universe is but everyone knows who's Mrs. Universe. So basically, what I'm asking is should I get a sex change?
