What is your opinion on Oscar Wilde?

When I read his quotes on ThinkExist.coM i am astonished at his wit, humor and sometimes even wisdom. I dk if he was atheist or religious but i read at the end of his life he wanted to join a church and become baptized. back to the point, whats your opinion on this irish man? favorite quotes?
