Identify my mtb frame?

The bike has all shimano deore xt components, everything is deore xt, hubs are the same and has campy rims. vetta seat. I found the serial number but i have no idea what frame it is let alone model and year. # is M0I 47025 My brother got the bike used in like 94-96 I got it last year and painted it, the bike is awesome and I know it cant be a department bike. I have tried looking up like crazy but no help, if you can find out what it is then that would be awesome
