Does anyone else notice how dark hair and light eyes are now the 'ideal' beauty?

Personally, I'm happy about it because us females (don't be fooled by my avatar, I'm a chick) with dark hair and green eyes or blue eyes never seemed to get noticed or seen as beautiful, but thanks to Angelina Jolie, Megan Fox, and Olivia Wilde, dark haired beauties with light eyes are now considered beautiful because of how exotic they look and I see a trend happening. I see a lot of females dying their hair black or brown to make their eyes stand out and look exotic. What do you guys think? Do you see this trend happening lately?
